Our team is looking for a Production Planner to join them. You will report to the Production Planning Manager and will have an onsite work schedule in Creedmoor, NC. To be considered for a Production Planner role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you: HS diploma or equivalent 3 years of production planning experience Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, ERP systems, MRP skills, and APICS practices As a Production Planner, you will: Plan, coordinate, and track production material requirements for aircraft products Efficiently create and release work orders for the shop floor to meet shipping deadlines Monitor inventory levels in a make-to-order and make-to-stock environment Collaborate with procurement on product delivery for production Develop and maintain process flow charts for key, critical, or new products Schedule, prioritize, and monitor production processes and material availability Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery Review forecasting and adjust work orders/schedule appropriately Our Benefits: Comprehensive medical insurance Competitive PTO, holiday pay, and sick leave Company 401K plan with up to 4% matched contribution Annual bonus program (varies by level and discretionary based on company and individual performance) Flexible working arrangements Paid volunteering opportunities Access to mental health champions across our sites Commitment to development Employee referral program Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000/year EOE/AA Minority/Female/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Disability/Veteran This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. #LI-Onsite Please click here to review Ontic's California Consumer Privacy Act policy.
